All content submitted by you through Our submission service is your sole responsibility. We do not verify or edit information provided by You.
You agree not to submit any website or information that contains content, or links to content, that promotes racism, profanity, hatred, pyramid schemes, or illegal or objectionable material.
You agree to indemnify Us, Our corporate entity, partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims of copyright or trademark infringement, plagiarism, privacy, monetary loss, and all other suits or claims arising out of Your use of Our submission service.
We submit the information that You provide via Our submission form but We have no control over Your information after it has been submitted. Your listing may or may not be added to, or distributed by, any specific search engine, Web directory, website or network that We submit to.
The partial list of search engines, Web directories, and websites that is located on Our website is NOT a list of locations to which We submit, but is instead a list of locations that We submit for inclusion in through a combination of both direct and strategic network submissions.
We are not affiliated with, or in any way associated with, any search engine, Web directory, website, or network that We submit either to or for inclusion in. The logos that are displayed on Our website are presented only to identify certain websites that accept either submissions or distributed data.
We guarantee the submission of Your website URL to the search engines, Web directories, networks, and websites to which We submit, but We do not guarantee either a listing or specific ranking. Each individual search engine, Web directory, network, and website that we submit to maintains their own submission policies, and your submission will be subject to their editorial guidelines and approval.
Our 24-48 hour express listing service is included only with Our 12 Month submission package, and provides up to 10,000 website visitors from up to multiple sources including pay per click advertising and ad server rotation. Actual results vary dependent upon both the content and construction of a website and keyword competitiveness. Websites that contain popups, background music or sounds, scripts that alter browser settings, content that is not relevant to targeted keywords, or frame breaking code may receive significantly less or, in very rare cases, NO traffic. Total combined pay per click and ad server rotation traffic cannot exceed 10,000 website visitors, and advertisements will remain active for a period of 30 days, or until 10,000 website visitors have been delivered to your website, whichever comes first. You authorize Us to edit Your website's listings as necessary to achieve maximum results.
We do not provide webmaster training services of any kind, but We do provide helpful PDF resource materials. It is Our responsibility to perform the task of submission only.
We provide Our submission service on an "as is" basis, and make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to make changes to this website, Our policies, and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to You. You agree to review our website periodically to learn about any such changes.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the use of Our submission service and/or website. If any provision of these terms of service is unenforceable or void, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity or enforceability.
